One of the beauties of wood is the natural variations in
color and grain that occur from one tree to another. The natural colors will
also age over time and develop into a deep, rich color. Some woods age more than
others. To show the difference over time teak and cherry are shown both before
and after aging. The natural aging process will vary from days to weeks or even
years depending on the amount of exposure to sunlight.
Changing model numbers to denote a different finish: The fourth digit for lamps and the fifth digit for clocks in
any model number will indicate the wood or finish.
